TicTic Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to TicTic («the App»). These Subscription Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern your use of the App’s subscription services. By using our subscription services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1. The App offers various subscription plans, including but not limited to 3 month and 1 year plans, each with its own pricing and features.
2.2. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with that plan according to the payment terms provided in the App.
2.3. Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Billing and Payment
3.1. Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
3.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
3.3. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so through the App Store’s subscription settings.
4. Automatic Renewal
4.1. Subscriptions are set to automatically renew, and your Apple ID account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
4.2. You can manage your subscription and turn off automatic renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings.
5. Free Trials
5.1. The App may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. The duration and terms of the free trial will be specified when you sign up.
5.2. After the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
6. Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
